With 40 years of experience in the energy industry, Bruno Faure brings deep operational leadership, international exposure, and a strong focus on people and transformation to the C&S team.
A former SVP Major Projects & Marine Operations at TechnipFMC, and previously a senior executive at Subsea7, Bruno has led complex offshore and onshore projects across the globe—from India and Africa to Brazil and the Gulf of Mexico. His leadership experience spans high-stakes environments and multicultural teams.
Since 2023, Bruno has been advising industrial players, primarily in the energy sector, on transformation initiatives involving governance, organizational design, and leadership alignment.
Beyond his executive work, Bruno is also committed to mentoring young people through Projets en Cimes, a French non-profit that supports workforce integration through mountain-based immersion programs blending outdoor experience with professional coaching.
